The Incompetence of the Obama Administration

First, see previous post about Bush administration incompetence, below.

I would love to hear some first impressions from Obama appointees, many of whom are undoubtedly making their first foray into the public sector. Any surprises?

On the flip side, a couple million government employee have a new boss. How are they doing? Are they qualified to hold the post they're in?

One might say it's mean-spirited to go looking for failure this early in the game. But aren't we all better off if we know about weaknesses in the new leadership team before they have time to actually make some big mistakes?
